A pedestrian with roller skate, skateboard, scooter, sleight or similar devices, must not endanger:

1. 1 People moving with wheelchair or walking on both pavement and pedestrian paths
2. 2 People moving with wheelchair or walking on the pavement
3. 3 Poeple moving with wheelchair or walking on the pedestrian paths

Cartage riding on the road is allowed:

1. 1 Opposite to the traffic direction on the driveway
2. 2 On the edge of the driveway, on nearest distance or on sideway (if this does not impede the pedestrians), on one line, according to the traffic direction
3. 3 On any section, according to the discretion of the drover
