In case of absence of the boarding platform, waiting for route vehicle and taxi is allowed:
- 1 Only on the rightmost side of the carriageway
- 2 Only on the safety traffic island set in the middle of the carriageway
- 3 In any of the places listed in given test
- 4 Only on pavements or shoulders

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-13 პუნქტის „ თანახმად, სამარშრუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებისა და ტაქსის მოცდა ნებადართულია მხოლოდ გზის სავალი ნაწილის შედარებით ამაღლებულ ჩასასხდომ ბაქანზე, ხოლო მისი არარსებობისას – ტროტუარზე ან გვერდულაზე.
