  2. 2 Only motorcycle without sidecar

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 54-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებები, რომელთა სამართავად სავალდებულოა შესაბამისი მართვის უფლების მოპოვება, იყოფა შემდეგ კატეგორიებად: ა) „A“ − მოტოციკლი.
