- 1 Penalty in the amount of 50 GEL or suspension of driving license up to 30 days
- 2 Penalty in the amount of 40 GEL
- 3 Penalty in the amount of 50 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 1271-ე მუხლის 11 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებით ბავშვთა გადაყვანის უსაფრთხოების წესების დარღვევა − გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 40 ლარის ოდენობით.
