If an elderly pedestrian is walking on the crosswalk in front of the vehicle, a driver shall take into account:
- 1 The circumstance only, that he/she may return from half of the way
- 2 The circumstance only, that he/she may lose balance and fall down
- 3 The circumstance only, that he/she is walking on the driveway slower than other traffic participants
- 4 That any of the circumstances listed in given test may occur
