If an elderly pedestrian is walking on crosswalk in front of the vehicle, a driver shall take into account:

  1. 1 Only the fact, that the elderly pedestrian may have impaired hearing or/and sight
  2. 2 Only the fact, that the elderly pedestrian’s reaction is slower
  3. 3 In all the above-mentioned circumstances
  4. 4 Only the fact, that the elderly pedestrian may not properly assess the speed of the approaching vehicle

თუ სატრანსპორტო საშუალების წინ ქვეითთა გადასასვლელზე გადაადგილდება მოხუცი ქვეით, მძღოლმა უნდა გაითვალისწინოს როგორც ის, რომ მოხუცი ქვეითი შეიძლება სათანადოდ ვერ აფასებდეს მოახლოებული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სიჩქარეს, ასევე ის, რომ მოხუცი ქვეითის რეაქცია უფრო შენელებულია და შესაძლებელია მას მკვეთრად ჰქონდეს დაქვეითებული სმენა და მხედველობა.
