- 1 Penalty in the amount of 1000 GEL and suspension of driving license for the period of 6 months
- 2 Penalty in the amount of 1000 GEL
- 3 Penalty in the amount of 1500 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 116-ე მუხლის მე-3 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სამართავად გადაცემა წინასწარი შეცნობით ალკოჰოლური სიმთვრალის მდგომარეობაში მყოფი პირისათვის - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 1000 ლარის ოდენობით.
