According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, delivery of the vehicle to a person to drive, obviously being under drug or psychotropic substance influence, will result in:
- 1 Penalty in the amount of 1000 GEL and suspension of driving license for the period of 1 year
- 2 Penalty in the amount of 1500 GEL
- 3 Penalty in the amount of 1000 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 116-ე მუხლის მე-51 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სამართავად გადაცემა წინასწარი შეცნობით ნარკოტიკული ან ფსიქოტროპული სიმთვრალის მდგომარეობაში მყოფი პირისათვის - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 1000 ლარის ოდენობით.
