According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, following shall be considered as alcoholic drunken state:

1. 1 Content of more than 0.3 per mile ethanol in the driver’s blood
2. 2 If content of ethanol in the driver’s blood is 0.2 per mile or more than 0.2 per mile
3. 3 Content of more than 0.1 per mile ethanol in the driver’s blood
