According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, leaving the scene of accident by the accident participant driver or movement of the traffic accident participant vehicle from the scene of accident, except as provided by the law, will result in:
- 1 Penalty in the amount of 200 GEL or administrative imprisonment for the period up to 15 days
- 2 Penalty in the amount of 250 GEL
- 3 Administrative imprisonment for the period up to 3 months

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 123-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის თანახმად, საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის მონაწილე მძღოლის მიერ შემთხვევის ადგილის მიტოვება ან საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის მონაწილე სატრანსპორტო საშუალების შემთხვევის ადგილიდან გადაადგილება, გარდა კანონით გათვალისწინებული შემთხვევებისა, - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 250 ლარის ოდენობით.
