When approaching as well as passing the railroad crossing, the vehicle driver:
- 1 Must proceed at average speed, as well as when the crossing railway, the driver must use the railroad crossing and give the way to train (locomotive, handcar)
- 2 Is obliged to cross the given section of the road rapidly, as well as in case of parking of other vehicle in front of the crossing, to drive around by moving to the reverse traffic lane

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 39-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლი უნდა მოძრაობდეს ზომიერი სიჩქარით; ამასთანავე, რკინიგზის ლიანდაგზე გადასვლისას მძღოლმა უნდა ისარგებლოს მხოლოდ რკინიგზის გადასასვლელით და გზა უნდა დაუთმოს მატარებელს (ლოკომოტივს, დრეზინას).
