„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-12 პუნქტის თანახმად, ქვეითმა, რომელიც სარგებლობს გორგოლაჭებით, გორგოლაჭებიანი დაფით, თვითმგორავით, ციგით ან სხვა მსგავსი საშუალებით, არ უნდა შეუქმნას საფრთხე ტროტუარზე ან ქვეითთა ბილიკზე სავარძელ-ეტლით მოძრავ ადამიანებს ან ქვეითებს.
