„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის მე-20 მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილის მიერ თავისი უფლებების განხორციელება არ უნდა ზღუდავდეს ან არღვევდეს საგზაო მოძრაობის სხვა მონაწილეთა უფლებებს. საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილე თავისი მოქმედებით არ უნდა უქმნიდეს საფრთხეს ან დაბრკოლებას საგზაო მოძრაობას. მან არ უნდა შეუქმნას საფრთხე ადამიანებს და არ უნდა მიაყენოს ზიანი სახელმწიფო, საზოგადოებრივ ან კერძო ქონებას.
