If according to the orders of the Highway Code, a driver is obliged to yield to other traffic participants, he/she must express his/her intention of yielding clearly:
- 1 With any of the actions listed in given test
- 2 By giving honk or light signal
- 3 By reducing of speed or stopping the car

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 36-ე მუხლის მე-9 პუნქტის თანახმად, მძღოლმა, რომელმაც ამ კანონის მოთხოვნათა შესაბამისად გზა უნდა დაუთმოს სხვა საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეებს, ვალდებულია გზის დათმობის თაობაზე თავისი განზრახვა ნათლად გამოხატოს სიჩქარის შემცირებით ან გაჩერებით.
