„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 29-ე მუხლის მე-12 პუნქტის თანახმად, საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეები ვალდებული არიან, შეასრულონ შუქნიშნის ფერადი მაშუქი სიგნალის მოთხოვნები იმ შემთხვევაშიც კი, თუ ეს მოთხოვნები ეწინააღმდეგება გავლის უპირატესობის განმსაზღვრელი საგზაო ნიშნებისა და მონიშვნების მოთხოვნებს.
