In case of absence of crosswalk or intersection within the visibility area, crossing the road is allowed perpendicularly to the driveway axis in the section where:
- 1 There is a lane line and road can be seen distinctly from both sides
- 2 There is no lane line or lattice and road can be seen distincly from both sides

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ ხილვადობის ზონაში არ არის ქვეითთა გადასასვლელი ან გზაჯვარედინი, გზაზე გადასვლა ნებადართულია გზის სავალი ნაწილის ღერძის პერპენდიკულარულად, იმ მონაკვეთში, სადაც არ არის გამყოფი ზოლი ან ღობურა და გზა ორივე მხრიდან კარგად ჩანს.
