„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 27-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევაში მონაწილე მძღოლი ვალდებულია დაუყოვნებლივ გააჩეროს (არ დაძრას ადგილიდან) სატრანსპორტო საშუალება, ჩართოს საავარიო შუქური სიგნალიზაცია.
