„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 28-ე მუხლის მე-4 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ საგზაო ნიშნებისა და საგზაო მონიშვნების მოთხოვნები ერთმანეთს ეწინააღმდეგება, მძღოლი ვალდებულია შეასრულოს საგზაო ნიშნების მოთხოვნები.
