If the driveway designated for right-turn on the intersection is separated from the rest of the driveway by elevated safety island and there is no traffic light on the right side in front of the intersection, the driver may perform the right-turn:
- 1 By yielding to every vehicle moving from other directions independently from light signals
- 2 After switching the light signal on the traffic light on the intersection allowing the motion

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 36-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის „ზ“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, თუ გზაჯვარედინზე მარჯვნივ მოხვევისთვის განკუთვნილი მოძრაობის ზოლი დანარჩენი სავალი ნაწილისგან გამოყოფილია ამაღლებული უსაფრთხოების კუნძულით და გზაჯვარედინის წინ, მარჯვნივ შუქნიშანი არ არის, მარჯვნივ მოხვევა სრულდება გზაჯვარედინზე არსებული შუქნიშნის მაშუქი სიგნალებისაგან დამოუკიდებლად სხვა მიმართულებებიდან მოძრავი ყველა სატრანსპორტო საშუალებისთვის გზის დათმობით.
