„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 38-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, ავტომაგისტრალიდან გამოსვლისას მძღოლი დროულად უნდა გადავიდეს ავტომაგისტრალიდან გამოსასვლელის მიმდებარე ზოლზე და რაც შეიძლება სწრაფად შევიდეს მოძრაობის შენელების ზოლზე, თუ ასეთი ზოლი არსებობს.
