„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 43-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე ველოსიპედისა და ორბორბლიანი ელექტროთვითმგორავის მართვა ნებადართულია არანაკლებ 14 წლის ასაკის პირისთვის, ხოლო მოპედის მართვა – 16 წლის ასაკის პირისთვის.
