When moving from illuminated section of the road to unilluminated one, the driver shall take into account, that:
- 1 Time and distance required for braking of the vehicle increases
- 2 It is necessary to switch the fog-lights on
- 3 Eyes get used to darkness, therefore the obstructions ahead of the driver are easy to observe

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-10 პუნქტის „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე მოძრაობისას მძღოლმა უნდა გაითვალისწინოს შემდეგი გარემოებები - გზის ნათელი მონაკვეთიდან ბნელ მონაკვეთზე გასვლისას თვალი ნელა ეჩვევა სიბნელეს, რის გამოც მძღოლის წინ არსებული შესაძლო დაბრკოლება რთული შესამჩნევია.
