While proceeding on poorly or unequally illuminated sections of the road at night, a driver shall take into account, that:
- 1 It is difficult for the traffic participants to notice each other
- 2 Time and distance required for braking of the vehicle increases
- 3 Switching hazard light on is mandatory

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-10 პუნქტის „გ“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე მოძრაობისას მძღოლმა უნდა გაითვალისწინოს შემდეგი გარემოებები - ღამე, ცუდად განათებული ან არათანაბრად განათებული გზის მონაკვეთებზე მოძრაობისას გართულებულია საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეთა მიერ ერთმანეთის შემჩნევა.
