“Loaded mass” means:
- 1 Mass of the vehicle, without passengers and cargo, but with entire fuel supply and necessary tool set
- 2 Mass of the vehicle defined by the blank production plant without driver, passengers and cargo
- 3 Actual mass of the vehicle loaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-18 პუნქტის თანახმად, დატვირთული მასა (ფაქტობრივი მასა) - მოცემულ დროის მონაკვეთში დატვირთული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების ფაქტობრივი მასა, მძღოლისა და მგზავრების ჩათვლით.
