“Unloaded mass” means:
- 1 Actual mass of the vehicle unloaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers
- 2 Mass of the vehicle defined by the blank production plant without driver, passengers and cargo, but with entire fuel supply and necessary tool set
- 3 Mass of the vehicle defined by the registration service, without driver, passengers and cargo
