“Parking” means:
- 1 Deliberate termination of motion of the vehicle for 5 minutes or more, if this is necessary for passenger pick up and drop off or loading-unloading of the vehicles
- 2 Deliberate termination of motion of the vehicle for 5 minutes or more, if this is not related to passenger pick up and drop off or loading-unloading of the vehicles

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-20 პუნქტის თანახმად, დგომა - სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მოძრაობის გამიზნულად შეწყვეტა 5 წუთზე მეტი ხნით, თუ ეს აუცილებელი არ არის მგზავრთა ჩასხდომა-გადმოსხდომისათვის ან სატრანსპორტო საშუალების დატვირთვა-გადმოტვირთვისათვის.
