In case of being dazzled by oncoming mechanical vehicle, the driver is obliged to:
- 1 Turn the high, full beam on
- 2 Slow down without leaving the lane, stop and turn the hazard lights on. Start of driving is permissible only when vision is fully restored
- 3 Give a sign with periodical switching of the lights to the driver of the oncoming transport about the mentioned problem
- 4 Slow down, move to the rightmost traffic lane as fast as possible and stop in case of necessity

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 36-ე მუხლის მე-5 პუნქტის თანახმად, მძღოლი არ უნდა გავიდეს გზაჯვარედინზე, თუ შექმნილია ისეთი ხერგილი, რომ იგი, სავარაუდოდ, იძულებული გახდება, გაჩერდეს გზაჯვარედინზე და ამით დააბრკოლოს განივი მიმართულებით მოძრაობა. ეს წესი მოქმედებს მაშინაც, თუ შუქნიშნის მაშუქი სიგნალები იძლევა მოძრაობის უფლებას.
