  1. 1 Only after definition of the distance to the approaching vehicle
  2. 2 Only after definition of speed of the approaching vehicle
  3. 3 Only after making sure in safety of crossing
  4. 4 After definition of distance and speed of the approaching vehicle, as well making sure in safety of crossing

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის თანახმად, იქ სადაც არ არის ქვეითთა გადასასვლელი, ქვეითი არ უნდა გადავიდეს გზის სავალ ნაწილზე მოახლოებულ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებამდე მანძილის, მისი სიჩქარის განსაზღვრამდე და გადასვლის უსაფრთხოებაში დარწმუნებამდე.
