If the route vehicle is stopped or slowing down in front of the unregulated crosswalk, other vehicle drivers moving on adjacent lanes are allowed to proceed:
- 1 Only after assuring that there is no pedestrain in front of the stopped vehicle
- 2 Without changing the speed, as the pedestrian is not obliged to come from the front side of the stopped vehicle, until he/she is assured in absence of the approaching vehicle

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-9 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ არარეგულირებული ქვეითთა გადასასვლელის წინ გაჩერდა ან მოძრაობა შეანელა სამარშრუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებამ, მეზობელ ზოლებზე მოძრავ სხვა სატრანსპორტო საშუალებათა მძღოლებმა მოძრაობა უნდა განაგრძონ მხოლოდ მას შემდეგ, რაც დარწმუნდებიან, რომ გაჩერებული სამარშუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალების წინ არ არის ქვეითი.
