If a driver approaches the traffic lights, on which the traffic permit signal has been switched on for a long period, he/she must:

1. 1 Proceed so as to be ready for safe stop of the vehicle at any moment
2. 2 Increase speed and observe the traffic lights signals
3. 3 Increase speed despite of exceeding the permitted speed limit in order to pass the above section of road prior to switching the traffic prohibiting light signal
