საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 125-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლის მიერ მოძრაობის დადგენილი სიჩქარის გადაჭარბება 15 კმ/სთ-ზე მეტი სიჩქარით - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 50 ლარის ოდენობით.
