In a daytime switching of low beams and rear sidelights on the route vehicles is mandatory:
- 1 On the specially designated lane, when proceeding in the same direction as the main traffic flow
- 2 On any road, both when driving to the opposite and in the same direction of the main traffic flow
- 3 In any case listed in given test
- 4 On the specially designated lane, when driving in the direction opposite to the main traffic flow

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 49-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის „ე“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, დღის ნათელ დროს გზაზე მოძრავი სატრანსპორტო საშუალების აღნიშვნის მიზნით სავალდებულოა ახლო განათების ფარებისა და უკანა საგაბარიტო სინათლეების ჩართვა სამარშრუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებაზე, სპეციალურად მისთვის გამოყოფილ ზოლზე, ძირითადი ნაკადის საპირისპირო მიმართულებით მოძრაობისას.
