Cartage riding on the road is allowed:
- 1 On the edge of the driveway, on nearest distance or on sideway (if this does not impede the pedestrians), on one line, according to the traffic direction
- 2 On any section, according to the discretion of the drover
- 3 Opposite to the traffic direction on the driveway

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 22-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე მოძრავი პირუტყვის, აგრეთვე საჭაპანო ტრანსპორტის მართვა უნდა განხორციელდეს სავალი ნაწილის კიდესთან ყველაზე ახლო მანძილზე ან გვერდულაზე (თუ ეს არ აბრკოლებს ქვეითს) ერთრიგად, მოძრაობის მიმართულებით.
