„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-6 პუნქტის თანახმად, მძღოლი არ უნდა შევიდეს ქვეითთა გადასასვლელზე, თუ წინასწარ არ დაურწმუნდება, რომ ის იძულებული არ გახდება გაჩერდეს მასზე.
