“Unloaded mass” means:
- 1 Mass of the vehicle defined by the registration service, without driver, passengers and cargo
- 2 Actual mass of the vehicle unloaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers
- 3 Mass of the vehicle defined by the blank production plant without driver, passengers and cargo, but with entire fuel supply and necessary tool set

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-19 პუნქტის თანახმად, დაუტვირთავი მასა (დაუტვირთავი წონა) - ქარხანა-დამამზადებელის მიერ განსაზღვრული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მასა მძღოლის, მგზავრებისა და ტვირთის გარეშე, მაგრამ საწვავის სრული მარაგისა და ხელსაწყოების აუცილებელი კომპლექტის ჩათვლით.
