„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 26-ე მუხლის მე-5 პუნქტის თანახმად, ბავშვთა ჯგუფების გადაყვანილი უნდა იქნეს სრულწლოვანი გამცილებლის თანმხლებით, ამასთანავე ბავშვთა ჯგუფი უნდა დაიყოს რიგებად, რიგში არაუმეტეს ორი ბავშვისა.
