„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 45-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, მექანიკური სატრანსპორტო საშუალების ხისტი ან მოქნილი გადაბმით ბუქსირებისას საბუქსირო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებას მძღოლი უნდა მართავდეს, გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა მოძრაობისას ხისტი გადაბმის კონსტრუქცია უზრუნველყოფს საბუქსირო სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მობუქსირე სატრანსპორტო საშუალების ტრაექტორიით მიყოლას.
