In case of lossing or inaccurate use of the documents stipulated by the consignment note and attached to it or handled to the carrier:
- 1 More liability may not be imposed to the carrier, than it would be in case of lossing the cargo
- 2 More liability may be imposed to the carrier, than it would be in case of lossing the cargo

საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 679-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, გადამზიდველი პასუხს აგებს ზედნადებში აღნიშნული და მასზე დართული ან გადამზიდველისათვის გადაცემული საბუთების დაკარგვის ან მათი არასწორი გამოყენებისათვის; მას არ შეიძლება იმაზე მეტი პასუხისმგებლობა დაეკისროს, ვიდრე ტვირთის დაკარგვის დროს დადგებოდა.
