The drivers, intending to drive around the route vehicle at the properly marked stop from the appropriate side of the traffic direction, shall:
- 1 Decrease speed and in case of necessity stop, in order to provide chance of safe pick up or drop off the passengers by the public transport
- 2 Stop at the sideway and not to move until proceeding of the public transport
- 3 Increase the speed, in order to pass quickly and not to impede the process of the passenger pick up and drop off by the public transport

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-4 პუნქტის თანახმად, მძღოლმა, რომელიც მოძრაობის მიმართულების შესაბამისი მხრიდან სათანადო წესით მონიშნულ გაჩერებაზე მყოფი სამარშრუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებისთვის გვერდის ავლას აპირებს, უნდა შეამციროს სიჩქარე და, აუცილებლობის შემთხვევაში, გაჩერდეს, რათა უზრუნველყოს მგზავრების საზოგადოებრივ ტრანსპორტში უსაფრთხო ჩასხდომის ან იქიდან გადმოსხდომის შესაძლებლობა.
