Priority means:
- 1 The right of a traffic participant, to be the first to drive towards intended direction compared with other traffic participants
- 2 A traffic participant is obliged not to perform maneuvering, if this forces other traffic participants to change speed and direction suddenly

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის 84-ე პუნქტის თანახმად, უპირატესობა (პრიორიტეტი) – საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილის უფლება, სხვა საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეებთან შედარებით პირველმა იმოძრაოს დასახული მიმართულებით.
