„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 28-ე მუხლის მე-5 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ გზაზე დროებით გადასატან სადგარზე ან საგზაო სამუშაოების მწარმოებელი ორგანიზაციის ავტომობილზე დაყენებულია საგზაო ნიშანი (შემდგომ − დროებითი საგზაო ნიშანი), რომლის მოთხოვნები ეწინააღმდეგება იმავე გზის მონაკვეთზე სტაციონარულად დაყენებული საგზაო ნიშნის მოთხოვნებს, მძღოლი ვალდებულია შეასრულოს დროებითი საგზაო ნიშნის მოთხოვნები.
