საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსის 220-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, ერთი საბაჟო დეკლარაციით დეკლარირებული საქონელი გაშვებული უნდა იქნეს ერთდროულად, გარდა გამონაკლისი შემთხვევისა, რომელზედაც გადაწყვეტილებას იღებს საგადასახადო ორგანო.
