Cartage riding on the road is allowed:
- 1 On any section, according to the discretion of the drover
- 2 Opposite to the traffic direction on the driveway
- 3 On the edge of the driveway, on nearest distance or on sideway (if this does not impede the pedestrians), on one line, according to the traffic direction

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 22-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე მოძრავი პირუტყვის, აგრეთვე საჭაპანო ტრანსპორტის მართვა უნდა განხორციელდეს სავალი ნაწილის კიდესთან ყველაზე ახლო მანძილზე ან გვერდულაზე (თუ ეს არ აბრკოლებს ქვეითს) ერთრიგად, მოძრაობის მიმართულებით.
