If sight is partially restricted due to the vehicle in front of unregulated crossing, the driver approaching the crossing has the right to proceed:
- 1 Without changing the speed, notwithstanding the situation on the crossing
- 2 Only after making sure in absence of the pedestrians on the crossing
- 3 Only after use of horn

თუ არარეგულირებული ქვეითთა გადასასვლელის წინ გაჩერებული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების გამო, გადასასვლელზე ნაწილობრივ შეზღუდულია მხედველობა, გადასავლელთან მოახლოებულ მძღოლს მოძრაობის გაგრძელების უფლება აქვს მხოლოდ მას შემდეგ, რაც დარწმუნდება, გადასასვლელზე შესული ან შემავალი ქვეითის არარსებობაში.
