According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, while driving the mechanical vehicle use of the mobile communication means by the driver will result in:
- 1 Penalty in the amount of 10 GEL
- 2 Suspension of the driving license for the period of 3 months
- 3 Penalty in the amount of 50 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 118²-ე მუხლის თანახმად, მექანიკური სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის დროს მძღოლის მიერ მობილური კომუნიკაციის საშუალებით სარგებლობა- გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 10 ლარის ოდენობით.
