If an injured has second-degree skin burn after a traffic accident (disruption of skin tissue and red coloring, formation of blisters on the burnt area, severe pain), following measures shall be applied as first aid:
- 1 Open blisters, cleanse burnt surface from cloth remnants, apply bactericidal or clean band, give some water
- 2 Do not open blisters, do not cleanse burnt surface from cloth remnants, put a sterile band on the wound, do not fix with bandage, put ice or cold band, give analgesic drug (if the injured does not have allergy to it) and give some water to the injured
- 3 Wash over burnt surface with cold water, cleanse with iodine solution, apply bactericidal or clean band and fix with bandage

თუ საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის შედეგად დაშავებულს აღენიშნება კანის მე-2 ხარისხის დამწვრობა (კანის ქსოვილის დარღვევა და მოწითალო შეფერილობა, დამწვრობის ადგილზე სითხით შევსებული ბუშტების წარმოქმნა, ძლიერი ტკივილი) პირველადი სამედიცინო დახმარების აღმოჩენის მიზნით მას ბუშტები არ უნდა გავუხსნათ, ტანსაცმლის ნარჩენები დამწვარი ზედაპირიდან არ მოვაცილოთ, ჭრილობაზე დავადოთ სტერილური საფენი, ბინტით არ შევუხვიოთ, მივადოთ ყინული ან ცივი საფენი, მივცეთ ტკივილგამაყუჩებელი საშუალება (თუ დაშავებულს მის მიმართ ალერგია არ გააჩნია) და დაშავებულს დავალევინოთ წყალი.
