If one of two vehicles of the same category has to reverse on mountain roads and the roads with large inclination having similar characteristics, for driving round, the obligation of reverse routing shall be imposed to:
- 1 A driver of the vehicle driving on the descent, except for the case, when it is obvious that the driver of the vehicle driving on the ascent may carry out such maneuver more easily, in particular if he/she is near the driving round site
- 2 A driver of the vehicle driving on the descent, notwisthatnding near which of the vehicles is the driving round site and for which of the drivers is performance of such maneuver easy
- 3 A driver of the vehicle driving on the ascent

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 35-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, მთის გზასა და ანალოგიური მახასიათებლების მქონე დიდი დახრილობის გზაზე, აგრეთვე 1.14 და 1.15 საგზაო ნიშნებით აღნიშნულ გზებზე, სადაც გვერდის აქცევა შეუძლებელია ან გართულებულია, ერთი და იმავე კატეგორიის ან ქვეკატეგორიის სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების შემთხვევაში უკუსვლით უნდა იმოძრაოს დაღმართზე მოძრავმა სატრანსპორტო საშუალებამ, გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა აშკარაა, რომ აღმართზე მოძრავი სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლს უფრო იოლად შეუძლია ასეთი მანევრის შესრულება, კერძოდ, თუ ის გვერდის ასაქცევ ადგილთან ახლოს იმყოფება.
