Stopping of a vehicle with hard braking is allowed:
- 1 For the purpose of prevention of traffic accident only
- 2 In any case listed in given test
- 3 If stopping is demanded by the traffic controller only
- 4 In case of simultaneous switching of red and yellow lights of the traffic lights only

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 33-ე მუხლის მე-4 პუნქტის თანახმად, მძღოლს ეკრძალება მკვეთრი დამუხრუჭება, გარდა საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის თავიდან აცილების აუცილებლობით გამოწვეული დამუხრუჭებისა.
