საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსის 220-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ ერთი საბაჟო დეკლარაციით დეკლარირებულია სხვადასხვა სახეობის საქონელი, საქონლის თითოეული სახეობა ითვლება ცალ-ცალკე დეკლარირებულად.
