Registered customs declaration may be amended:
- 1 In any case listed in given test
- 2 Just before the release of the goods, at the initiative of the tax authority, during examination of the customs declaration, if inaccurate data is discovered in the declaration
- 3 Just before the release of the goods, at the initiative of the applicant, if the tax authority had not informed the applicant about the intent of inspection of this customs declaration or had not established inaccuracy of the declared data

საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსის 218-ე მუხლის მე-4 პუნქტის „ა“ და „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, რეგისტრირებულ საბაჟო დეკლარაციაში შესაძლებელია ცვლილებები შეტანილ იქნეს: ა) საქონლის გაშვებამდე, საგადასახადო ორგანოს ინიციატივით, საბაჟო დეკლარაციის შემოწმებისას, თუ დადგინდა ამ დეკლარაციაში არასწორი მონაცემის არსებობა; ბ) საქონლის გაშვებამდე, დეკლარანტის ინიციატივით, თუ საგადასახადო ორგანოს არ შეუტყობინებია დეკლარანტისთვის ამ საბაჟო დეკლარაციის შემოწმების განზრახვა ან არ დაუდგენია დეკლარირებული მონაცემების მცდარობა.
